That’s why we offer flexible visit options, ranging from once to multiple times a day, depending on what works best for you and your feline friend(s). During each visit, which can last up to 30 minutes, our dedicated team will ensure that your cat(s) are well taken care of. This includes cleaning feeding bowls/plates, refreshing water and food, and scooping dirty litter.
As an added convenience, we’re happy to assist with bringing in papers and mail and watering your plants. Trust us to provide the highest care for your beloved pets, so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.

We take immense pride in providing exceptional care tailored to your feline companions’ needs. While we strive to accommodate your preferences on single visit days, please understand that we cannot guarantee specific visit times due to the nature of our service. Rest assured; we make every effort to fulfill your requests.
We prioritize our twice-daily clients, ensuring their preferred timings are met, and we give special attention to kitties requiring medication and those on a wet diet. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us; we’ll be more than happy to assist.
Please note that we do not offer every other-day vacation visits, as our utmost priority is maintaining the well-being of your beloved pets. Regular check-ins allow us to closely monitor their health and ensure their happiness throughout their stay. Thank you for trusting us with the care of your precious feline friends.

All baths include comb out, nail trim, bath and hand finish drying.
At the meeting we will go over their daily care routine and we’ll also pick up sets of tested keys.
ABOUT SHY CATS
We love working with shy and complicated cats!
At Mission Cats In-Home Care, we understand and appreciate the unique personalities of each cat, including those who may be shy or display nervous or aggressive behavior around new people. We kindly request that you inform us of such tendencies, so we can thoughtfully plan our approach to ensure your cat’s comfort and well-being.
To minimize potential stress, we will avoid using the buzzer and opt for a phone call when arriving for an initial meet and greet with a shy cat. Our top priority is to respect the boundaries of all cats, particularly those who may be apprehensive.
We must visually confirm your cat’s well-being during each visit, so please share any favorite hiding spots with us. Rest assured, it is rare for a cat to remain hidden for more than one or two visits under our care.
We are mindful not to overstay our welcome with shy cats and will not insist on remaining in your home for 30 minutes if it causes discomfort. We aim to give your cat the space they need to feel at ease.
Introducing your cat to compassionate, cat-loving individuals can be beneficial in the long run, as they may require care or medication from others. It’s never too late to help your cat become more accepting of new people, which can ultimately enhance their quality of life—and yours.
